Novi is fortunate to have so many diverse recreation opportunities and public spaces available for all ages, all activity levels, interests and abilities. It is our value and belief that park, recreation and cultural experiences connect people in meaningful ways: connections to nature , to others, to ourselves and our community.
You can become a part of the Novi Parks by donating to either a specific program or we can choose for you. Novi Parks Foundation was established in 2004 to assist the Novi Parks in providing wonderful parks and programs for the residents of Novi. Parks are one of the first things families look for when deciding where to live and bring up children. City budgets have many things that are included and necessary – parks being one of them – but with the Novi Parks Foundation’s assistance, we are able to help provide some things that may not have been possible before, such as playgrounds, scholarships, enhancements to parks, Villa Barr, Tim Pope playground, baseball and soccer fields… the list is endless.
